What exactly is the "parser view"?
Applicant tracking systems don't read your resume the way Word does. Most extract text in reading order — left to right, top to bottom — with no understanding of visual columns. If your resume has a left sidebar, the parser reads the left column top to bottom, then jumps back to the top of the right column. Your carefully ordered experience section arrives at the recruiter scrambled.
We run your file through the same naive strategy and show you the raw output with the mangled lines highlighted. If that output looks wrong to you, it looks wrong to Workday.
Is this just an AI chatbot in disguise?
No. Detection runs on a deterministic rule engine — the same rules documented on this site, producing the same output for the same file every time. No language model touches your resume. That's why we can promise your file is never used for training: nothing is trained on anything here.
Do I need an account?

Who can see my resume?
